Guarantee
The mattress manufacturers we support give a 5 year guarantee on
production failures and material defects. The time of the guarantee
starts at the date of invoice. The terms below are the same for
every manufacturer:

Wrong care products might destroy your
waterbed!
In Germany there are more than 5 million
waterbeds, in Europe there are even more than 50 million waterbeds.
A perfect situation for crooks who offer absloutly ineffective care
products in packages which they have copied from the original ones
of known manufacturers. The fake care products are hard to
distinguish and their use can destroy your waterbed mattress within
a few months. Water might be tilted over, algae and microorganisms
might have developed, either way the mattress is lost and can not
be repaired.
Buy care products only at specialist shops which you can
really trust and that is liable for defects.
Terms of guarantee
Guarantee services do not secure an elongation of our guarantee period and do not start new guarantee periods. Further oder other claims, especially for damages done outside the mattress are impossible to customers and thirds. Filled mattresses must be repaired by the customer in case of leakage. Customers must mark every damaged area at the waterbed mattress if it is empty.
Reparation or replacement delivery within the guarantee period do not include the delivery costs to the manufacturer or licensed dealer. The guarantee is only given to the first-time buyer.
