The result of checking 100 waterbeds:
The amount of water is not right 74 % of the checked mattresses had a wrong amount of water. They had a worse sleeping comfort by being to soft or to loose. We filled in the correct amount of water to get an improvement immediately. Our service was successful.
Hardness - the subsidence effect was criticized 28% of the people were not satisfied with the damping, the hub and the hardness of the fleece interlining. The reason were changes of the user (changed weight, attrition of the backbone, changes of the muscle tissue), extremely physical exposures, intervertebral disk problems. With advices from specialists and the correction of the mattresses with our exchange option , we could rebuild the perfect sleeping comfort very cheaply.
Hardening of the mattress skin
At 44 % of the checked mattresses our service team
found dangerous hardenings of the mattress surface. The corner
areas and the areas which are hard to clean (as the head board)
were affected. This leads to damages sooner or later, but can be
avoided by correct cleaning and using vinyl care products. The
security system was eccentric or damaged. In many cases the
security cover (the leakage protection) eccentric or damaged. The
water was not intercepted anymore in case of leakage. We could help
immediately.
Wrong position of the mattress, air in the
mattress
Many problems were revealed by the mattress
check and could be solved. For example the mattresses were not
build up correctly after a relocation, customers suffered from air
