The unique exchange option - only offered by your Wasserbett-Zentrum Knöchel! Exchange your old waterbed mattress for a new mattress of the latest generation just with a little extra payment! You can choose the motion-sequence, the subsidence effect, the degree of hardness etc. one more time.

The softside program

Modernization of older softside systems - change to a completely new softside waterbed.

  • The mattress cover or the foam frame of your waterbed have stress marks
  • You want a more damped mattress
  • You prefer a higher degree of hardness or a more comfortable mattress
  • You need a different mattress size or you prefer two separate mattresses.

We exchange your complete softside waterbed for EUR 1.100,- on average.

Our mattresses can be exchanged for the difference to the original price within the first 3 months* Valid for all waterbed mattresses that have been bought from us. This is how easily you can correct your choice of mattress.

* includes exchange costs (omitted in case of self exchange) and a flat rate of EUR 65,- for the cleaning of the replaced mattress.
